1. What kind of positions does Motus fill?
Motus fills temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions in Accounting/Finance, Office/Management, and IT. For a more extensive list of the positions we can give you access to, please visit our Career Seekers page.

2. How can I best use Motus services?
The best way to establish a relationship with us is to send your resume (in Microsoft Word) to . A Motus consultant will contact you shortly. Even if you're not actively looking for a new job, we can review your experience, goals, and interests, and then present you with fitting opportunities as they arise.

3. What is involved in the hiring process?
Once you send us your resume, we will contact you to set up an interview. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your background, skills, concerns, and needs. Once the interview process is successfully completed, Motus will verify your references, and, as long as your references check out, you will then be offered jobs based on factors such as your experience, goals, and preferences.

4. How often should I contact your office after an interview?
As positions you are well suited for become available, Motus will contact you. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call us as anytime at 503-496-1310.

5. What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered? Is it all right to turn it down?
Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.

6. What if I accept a position, but then decide it is not for me?
We realize that not every position will be a good fit for you; sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on a job and find it is not going to work for you, we will ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from you and you can expect the same from the Motus Recruiting & Staffing office.

7. What do I pay for your services?
Our services are provided at no fee to candidates.
