While his official title is Director of Executive Search, he likes the title Director of Strategic Relationship Building or “The Finder.” With over a decade of expertise in relationship building and pipeline development, John excels in identifying and recruiting top talent from diverse backgrounds for the full lifecycle of executive recruiting. He executes best hiring practices by submitting quality resumes for executive-level IT, finance, and human resources positions. John also has extensive sales and business development experience while managing, leading, advising teams, and placing candidates at the C-Suite level.
John’s motivation to join the recruiting industry came in the aftermath of the stock market crash of 2008. At the time, he was managing musicians and played in bands while utilizing his sales and recruiting skills in the insurance industry. Using his computer science background, John started out in the industry sourcing candidates and eventually became a senior technical recruiter for a staffing firm in Silicon Valley. “I love building relationships, and being an integral, positive part of a process where opportunities to all groups are represented equally – and be the catalyst in their job search.”
Along with connecting people with opportunities, John is passionate about being a volunteer youth music teacher. He is even looking to open his own music studio in the very near future!
