IAM Engineer

Our client, an innovator in the healthcare space based in the Pacific Northwest, is looking for an IAM Engineer.  The primary responsibility of this role will be the administration of SailPoint IdentityIQ tool including installing components, performing upgrades, remediating vulnerabilities, disaster recovery exercises, incident support, and developing custom connectors. Duration:  Contract-to-hire

Compensation: $100k-$130k, depending on years of experience

Location: Remote (Ideally sitting in Washington, Oregon, Idaho or Utah)

Base Requirements of IAM Engineer:

• 8+ years’ experience with administration of SailPoint IdentityIQ tool including installing components, performing upgrades, remediating vulnerabilities, disaster recovery exercises, incident support, and developing custom connectors.
  • Alternative: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field and 4+ years’ experience with SailPoint administration.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and common RESTful patterns
• Experience developing Python, Java, PowerShell, C#, or similar.
• Experience with administration of Linux or Windows servers including developing OS automations using PowerShell and Bash
• Experience with source code repositories such as Git, SVN, or TFS.

Bonus Requirements of IAM Engineer:

• Experience with secrets management tools such as CyberArk or Thycotic Secret Server
• Experience building SAML assertions for SSO integration with vendors including SSO/Directory Tools such as SiteMinder, CA-Directory, and Azure SSO
• Familiarity with SQL Server performance tuning or optimization
• Experience with ITIL processes and change control
• Experience administering a Privileged Access Management tool such as CyberArk, Thycotic Secret Server
