Our client, a wealth services firm, is looking for Client Services Associates to join their friendly Salem, OR team!
This position will function fully onsite! Our ideal candidate will be a conscientious and organized individual with great customer service and administrative support skills! This position is vital to the firm's daily function and will focus on supporting our Wealth Advisors, clients, and potential clients. To excel in this role, a candidate should have consistent attention to detail, and organization efficiency.

Salary: 40K – 48K, DOE
Location: Salem, OR (ONSITE)
Schedule: M-F, 9AM-5:00PM
Dress code: Business professional.
Key Responsibilities of Client Services Associate:
- Manage client concerns and requests.
- Answer, forward, and screen office phone calls.
- File documents (physical and digital) and keep them well organized.
- Support Wealth Advisor(s) in ways that provide service to clients and potential clients.
- Para-planning and preparing for client appointments; helping multiple Wealth Advisors across multiple locations.
- Assisting with appointment scheduling and follow-up tasks.
- Continue and maintain up-to-date knowledge and training on all programs used for financial planning and research.
- Participate in client appointments, prepare/track account paperwork, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Build and foster stronger relationships with existing client base.
Requirements of Client Services Associate:
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with computers, Word, Excel, Outlook.
