Our client, provides both Investment Management as well as Trust and Tax Services for high-net-worth individuals, families, and foundations, is looking for a Tax & Account Specialist to join their Lake Oswego, OR. team! In this role, you will provide excellent attention to detail, have great organizational and communication skills. Will be a SME for accounting/tax preparation for their clients, providing a strong sense of professionalism and customer service. This role requires handling multiple priorities while successfully meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Location: Lake Oswego, OR. (Work will be performed fully onsite!)
Salary & Benefits:
- $60K + yearend annual bonus + month-to-month commissions. (Total comp. approximately 80K/year.
- Health/Dental/Vision – 401k with 3% match
Key Responsibilities for Tax & Account Specialist:
- Assist with Tax Preparation, 1040, 1041s and other financial reports as needed.
- SME for accounting/tax preparation if client chooses to add that to package.
- Some trading consistent with Chief Investment Officer directives.
- Some Business Development strategies and implementation.
- Financial Planning - Provide Tax Strategy Planning and Consulting to our high-net-worth clients.
- Work across departments for various tax and business needs.
- Stay current with tax technological developments to help identify and improve automation and process improvement.
Requirements/Qualifications Tax & Account Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field. (New grads welcome to apply)
- 2+ years’ experience in tax preparation, and completion of financial reports. – highly preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service.
- Successfully meet tight deadlines.
