COMPLIANCE ANALYST – NONPROFIT (HYBRID)
Our client, a respected local nonprofit, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Analyst to support a contract assignment. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) by ensuring organizational compliance with federal programs. In this role, you will help oversee the implementation and monitoring of compliance measures while also supporting contract management functions across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a working knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to ensure performance standards are met across multiple service lines.
Duration of Contract: 3 – 6 months (based on performance and workload)
Pay: $40.00 - $53.00/hr. DOE
Location: Portland, OR (HYBRID, 3 days per week ONSITE)

Responsibilities of the Compliance Analyst:
- Analyze and compile data related to program compliance.
- Perform ratio analysis based on hours worked by individuals with disabilities.
- Assist with ongoing program monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
- Support contract management operations.
- Organize and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
- Assist with procurement processes and workflows.
- Support tracking and administration of government contracts.
- Create and maintain workflows and data within Salesforce and DocuSign.
- Provide advanced Excel support (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, reporting dashboards).
Qualifications of the Compliance Analyst:
- Advanced Excel expertise.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Familiarity with procurement and government contract processes.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and DocuSign.
- Strong analytical and data organization skills.
- Experience in compliance or contract monitoring roles is a plus.
