IT - Technology Recruiter
We’re looking to add an organized and resourceful Technology Recruiter to our Technology Solutions Division. You should be able to make quick but rational decisions based on the good of the business with the big picture in mind. You’re someone who enjoys the process of interviewing candidates and is accustomed to interviewing 10+ people per week. You're metrics driven and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding your weekly and monthly goals. You may have unexpectedly fallen into recruiting like many of us, but now that you're here it's a perfect fit! You adapt quickly in changing environments and are flexible with the unpredictability of people. You're curious about everyone you meet and have a knack for figuring out a persons intrinsic drivers. Most of all, you’re looking to join a diverse team of funny, hardworking, dedicated recruiting professionals!
Heavy sourcing, interviewing, and juggling multiple positions at one time with your eye on what's closest to turn into a successful placement.
Provide the highest level of candidate experience by picking up the phone first and then utilizing technology to drive your message home.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, updating as people fall out.
Collaborate in a team environment while keeping your eye on your own list of priorities.
Stay up to date and familiar on technology trends and industry standards.
3+ years of experience working as a recruiter.
Self-confidence and a high sense of urgency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of information technology industry (Previous experience working in an IT role is a huge plus but not required).
Previous experience working at a recruiting agency a plus.
Strong closing skills.
