Product Manager, Level I-III
Our client is looking for their next Product Manager. The Product Manager job family is responsible for creating the business and product plan, and articulating the product strategy, vision, design, development and ongoing oversight of products that support the launch and growth of businesses within our client’s family of companies. This role is responsible for all phases of new product development and management activities including defining business requirements, leading product development, implementing and sustaining the strategic product roadmap, pricing and budget models, competitive positioning and product design for both existing and next-generation product offerings.
This roles is inherently cross-functional – and require close work and collaboration with counterparts in product development, data science and data engineering, user experience, operations, program, and strategy to ensure all teams are delivering high-quality products that solve real market needs.
Pay Range: $55-65 / hour
Location: Portland, OR – remote within US
Contract Duration: 6 - month Contract with possible extension
Position Responsibilities for Product Manager
- This role will have two primary duties
o To drive Commercial customization requests, Digital First and work for Digital, acting primarily as a product manager with some project management-oriented duties.
o Additionally, the Digital organization needs assistance with product roadmap presentation development, acting as a project manager, organizing, and synthesizing the roadmaps of the product team into product presentations.
Position Requirements for Product Manager:
- At least 1-2 years in product management/ownership
- Storytelling ability (roadmapping) – ability to synthesize information, communicate a strategy to relevant participants and stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare software, familiarity with healthcare preferred.
- Experience with mobile app product management preferred
- Specific technologies to be used.
- JIRA – at least a familiarity with, or similar comparable software development tracking tools. Expectation is that this person will be able to extract information out of Jira to create presentations.
- PowerPoint – advanced
- Excel - advanced
