Primary Job Purpose:
Our client is looking for a Project Manager. This Project Manager will have a firm understanding of payroll processes. They will provide support for our client to ensure effective utilization and proper management of processes and systems. They will provide guidance, prioritize action items, and help teams meet deadlines.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead meetings to track progress on projects
- Schedule and hold 1-1’s to provide support for teammates during project duration
- Document key findings and address roadblocks to move project forward
- Effectively communicate with various audiences
Project Manager Requirements:
- Ability to convey technical information training to non-technical staff
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to provide individual and group instruction on more complex application concepts
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with staff, managers, and members of supported departments
- Experience with payroll or payroll systems preferred
- Experience with SharePoint preferred
