Christy joined Motus as our account coordinator to make sure we keep everything rolling and in order. In her current role, Christy conducts phones screens—sourcing great candidates for exciting roles—and coordinates with recruiters in strategically posting job ads to various sites. She has over a decade of experience in office management, operations, onboarding, and client relations. Her love of the onboarding process led her to join the recruiting industry. “I enjoy the idea of contributing to a positive experience for coworkers, candidates, and clients. I like developing processes to help things go as smoothly as possible.” Christy received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon.

When she’s not working, Christy enjoys spending time with her husband, Don, and their two sons. She also enjoys working in the yard, exercising, reading, spending time with friends, and generally just being outside in the fresh air! If she had the option, Christy’s grand entrance song would be “I’m So Excited” by The Pointer Sisters.
