MISSION

IT IS OUR MISSION TO PROMOTE DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

At Motus it is our mission promote diversity and inclusion as a strategy to hire, retain, and promote employees. We believe that a committed and effective Diversity and Inclusion strategy will win and serve diverse consumers, move companies forward, improve innovation, and open doors to women, people of color, and many others of a diverse background.

We invest in Diversity and Inclusion to make our company and those we support better. Our goal is to educate organizations on the importance of Diversity and Inclusion when hiring, promoting, and supporting diverse employees. We are calling organizations to demonstrate their commitment to Diversity and Inclusion by being intentional about who they hire.

In that light, we monitor the metric that influences businesses most dramatically: people, and how those people contribute to the bottom line.

Orlando Williams

ORLANDO IN DIVERSITY

Orlando Williams recognized the gaps in Diversity initiative of the Pacific Northwest, and quickly made an effort to bridge those divides.

Orlando serves as the President of the Pacific Northwest Diversity Council where his leadership bridges the divide between demographic challenges and diversity and inclusion recruiting. Orlando also founded the Oregon Diversity Recruiting Council, an organization whose mission is to actively engage diverse professionals of all disciplines, assist employers with achieving their employment diversity goals, and help employers craft intentional recruiting methods that will attract candidates of a diverse background in the Pacific Northwest. These values and initiatives are implemented and supported by Motus Recruiting and Staffing.
