Our client is looking for a Recruitment Specialist, to join their team in Portland, OR. In this role the Recruitment Specialist will plan, develop, implement, and evaluate programs and initiatives focused on casual/temporary and entry-level recruitment and hiring needs. This is a temporary position slated to last a 5 to 6 week duration. You will provide recruitment support to the team and conduct paid Outreach through various organizations and create Recruitment Marketing Materials.
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00hr. DOE.
Location: Hybrid (1 day a week in office), Portland, OR.
Contract: 5-6 week duration, high possibility of extension.
Responsibilities of Recruitment Specialist:
- Responsible for administering background checks.
- Monitors onboarding through SuccessFactors.
- Provides administrative support to the Manager, Senior Human Resources Analysts, and hiring managers regarding recruitment processes and strategy.
- One of the primary website administrators; creating and maintaining content for recruitment.
Requirements of Recruitment Specialist:
- 2 years Recruitment / HR or related experience.
- Knowledge and experience managing an applicant tracking system.
- Experience coordinating and facilitating meetings, training, and recruitment events.
- Experience building and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Experience collaborating with communities of color and people traditionally underrepresented and building inclusive programs and strategies.
- Knowledge of and the ability to apply Human Resources policies and labor contract provisions.
