FP&A Manager
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Our client, a world-leading provider of medical device contracting, design, and manufacturing is looking for an FP&A Manager for their Oregon City, Oregon location. In this role, you will provide insights to the financial decision-making process through analysis, financial projections, and reporting and will act as the day-to-day business partner to the site general manager. Salary & Benefits: $140-$150k + 15% annual bonus + 50% employer match up to 6% for 401k
Hybrid (3-4 days in office per week)
Key Responsibilities for FP&A Manager:
- Perform financial analysis of site P&L’s, balance sheet, and cash flow and report the summarized findings to Corporate and local management.
- Prepare annual budget and forecast for the site.
- Prepare and present a high quality, complete monthly financial review presentation, including preparing the Operating Income Statement form (OIS) with explanations of actual financial results vs. budget/forecast/prior year/etc.
- Answer questions about site financial performance in presentations and on an ad hoc basis.
- Conduct detailed analysis of profitability by SKU, part family, customer, value-stream, etc. with specific. calculations on the impact of sales mix and price on EBITDA including standard vs. actual variances.
- Analyze labor costs at the site including overtime spend (by department/value stream/process), headcount trend vs. budget/prior periods, and productivity measures.
- Prepare regular revenue analysis.
- Monitor financial performance to budget plans/expectations.
Requirements/Qualifications for FP&A Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
- CPA/MBA desired.
- Forensic accounting experience.
- Strong communications kills.
- 5+ years of FP&A experience.
- Manufacturing experience.
