This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to make an immediate impact on our organization’s financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in financial modeling, planning, and analysis, with a focus on real estate financing, restructuring, and strategic planning. This role will involve working closely with their accounting and contracts teams, as well as providing support for executive decision-making, and the opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the growth and success of a nonprofit.
Pay Range: $68.00-$79.00/HR DOE
Location: Hybrid in Portland, Oregon
Duration/Type: 6-Month, Contract-to-Hire (Benefits eligible)

Key Responsibilities for Finance Director:
- Advanced financial modeling for multiyear projections, showcasing expertise in pro forma model development and execution.
- Provide strategic financial planning and analysis, including support for FY25 budgeting, evaluation of potential business lines and mission values, and pricing model refinement for diverse customer segments (government, private, etc.).
- Comprehensive cash forecasting and modeling to optimize resource allocation between government and commercial contracts, serving as a financial partner across various business units.
- Expertise in pricing analysis and contract negotiation, collaborating closely with the Contracts team to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
- Provide pricing analysis.
Requirements/Qualifications for Finance Director:
- 8-10+ years in financial leadership roles required.
- Nonprofit experience required.
- Proficiency in real estate financing and refinancing strategies to maximize organizational assets required.
- ERP Implementation experience required.
- BA in Finance required, MBA Preferred.
- CPA preferred.
- PowerBI experience required.
- Proforma experience required.
