Our client, a non-profit that that provides employment and job training opportunities to people with disabilities is looking for an experienced Remote Recruiter specializing in the recruitment of Supervisors for Enterprise Floor Care Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full cycle recruiting for janitorial, manufacturing, and warehousing roles. If you think you’d be a good fit, we want to hear from you!

Salary: $30.00-$35.00/HR

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for Floorcare Supervisor positions within enterprise-level organizations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various platforms and tools to attract top talent and manage the recruitment process effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in recruiting for janitorial, manufacturing, or warehousing positions.
- Strong understanding of the Floorcare industry and its specific staffing needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
