Jenni came to Motus with over 10 years of recruiting experience in both higher education and healthcare. Her career began as an admission counselor at a local university, where she helped high school seniors navigate the college admissions process. After seven fulfilling years, during which she grew into various leadership roles, she transitioned into healthcare, joining the talent acquisition team at a senior living organization. Driven by her desire to be a lifelong learner, Jenni joined Motus to continue expanding her expertise and to help build meaningful bridges for people navigating the job market. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Concordia University.
When she’s not in the office, Jenni enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their four pets. She loves being outdoors, traveling, and reading and most evenings, you’ll find her snuggled under a blanket watching a good movie.
