Patrick is a builder of relationships. With over a decade of experience in the engineering and technology space, Patrick knows how to put career pieces together for candidates and clients alike. Working six years as a software engineer, he has an intimate knowledge of how different teams work and the different work styles, talents, and needs of individual team members. Combining these experiences gives Patrick a unique perspective on how he can better serve people. “Most people have experienced job uncertainty, so knowing I can help people achieve their goals during those times brings me joy.” Now, as a recruiter, Patrick wants all his candidates to feel seen, heard, and celebrated for who they are.

Outside of work, Patrick has plenty of hobbies ranging from Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts to learning French with his wife. He’s originally from Virginia and is loyal to the Nationals, Capitals, and Commanders. He will still root for the Wizards, but he’s more of a Trail Blazer fan now.
