Since joining Motus in 2021, Jessica has led recruitment and client engagement for Technology, HR, F&A, and Administrative roles across industries including government, nonprofit, and utilities. Now serving as a Client Solutions Manager, she builds and maintains strong relationships with Motus clients and their stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and the consistent delivery of high-quality talent. She manages job order intake and partners with Recruiting Team Leads and Recruiters to assess hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on role requirements, candidate submissions, and timelines.
With over 15 years of experience in administration, customer service, and process improvement, Jessica excels at fostering long-term partnerships grounded in trust, collaboration, and results. Her background includes program management at Breakdown Services, supporting talent and managers in the entertainment industry, as well as administrative and HR support at Quest Center for Integrative Health, a nonprofit serving low-income, HIV-positive, and LGBTQIA2S+ communities. At Motus, she works closely with leadership on client acquisition, account growth, and aligning resources to meet evolving staffing demands.
Driven by active listening and a commitment to innovation, Jessica delivers tailored hiring solutions that promote retention and long-term impact within client organizations. She is passionate about advocating for both clients and candidates, approaching each search with empathy and precision.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling, attending festivals and events throughout the Pacific Northwest, and spending time with family and friends.
