Kariann is our Senior Recruiter who has over five years of experience recruiting in the professional services industry. Her career began in customer service management and as a recruiting coordinator for one of the Big Four accounting firms. Kariann’s love of helping people and creating lasting connections led her to Motus. “As a recruiter, I am able to live out my passion for helping people every day by fostering genuine relationships between our candidates and clients. I love working with people and truly strive to build strong and sustaining relationships to better serve others.” Kariann has a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

When she’s not gracing us with her presence in the office, Kariann can be found cheering on the Portland Trail Blazers, Portland Timbers, and of course, the Oregon Ducks. She also loves going wine tasting with friends and learning more about the different wines. Some of her favorite podcasts include My Favorite Murder, This Might Get Weird, and Crime Junkie.
