Pamela is a Matchmaker of Opportunities! As a Professional Services Recruiter, Pamela makes lasting connections with our candidates and the community we serve. With a background in hospitality and HR, she has a decade of experience making placements in roles such as Administrative, Food and Beverage, Front Office, Back Office, Engineering, and Security positions.

During her tenure as a hotelier, Pamela received her Certified Hotel Owner (CHO) designation and completed Hospitality and Business Management courses through Florida Atlantic University. After deciding to step away from the hospitality industry, she made the leap to recruiting – a career that would fulfill her love of engaging with people and helping others find success. As Pamela’s favorite saying goes, “Do what you love, and love what you do!”

Outside of work, Pamela is an avid supporter of Relay for Life and participates annually in their fundraisers and events. An Oregon native, she absolutely loves enjoying the great outdoors. Pamela goes hiking, kayaking, rides ATVs, and is always in the company of those she holds near and dear to her heart.
