Our client, a leading medical firm in the PNW, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Renton, Washington location. In this position you will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership and driving impactful projects within a department. Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Location: Renton, Washington – ONSITE
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 hr.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and anticipate executive needs.
- Update reference guides and ensure all communications are seamless and timely.
- Coordinate the department’s Rhythm of Business, including maintaining distribution lists, department calendars, and managing all-hands meetings.
- Support FTE/Contractor onboarding and offboarding processes, tracking ticket statuses, and expediting requests.
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and provide recaps for key meetings.
- Coordinate on-site events, including booking conference rooms and catering services.
- Plan domestic and international travel, including flights and accommodations.
- Handle asset management, equipment repairs, and facilitate interactions with the Service Desk.
- Reconcile AMEX expenses in Concur and assist with purchase orders, invoices, and contract renewals.
- Be a mission ambassador by organizing the charity volunteer events.
- Take ownership of special projects and other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of university or technical training in English, liberal arts, or related subjects; OR equivalent education/experience.
- 4+ years of administrative experience required.
- 3+ years of supporting a manager or executive is required.
- Expertise in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Budget and project management experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced IS/Data Management environment.
