You’ll play a key role in driving initiatives within regulatory and healthcare spaces, with a strong emphasis on Medicare-related projects. You’ll play a key role in driving initiatives within regulatory and healthcare spaces, with a strong emphasis on Medicare-related projects. This role manages scope, budget, risk, timelines, and stakeholder engagement across multiple concurrent projects while providing leadership to project managers and cross-functional teams. - Contract-to-Hire (Contract duration 12-Months)
- Work Model: 100% Remote (Must reside within OR, WA, ID, or UT)
- Pay: $70.00 - $80.00
- Benefits Eligibility: Yes
- Schedule: May require availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Equipment: Client-provided equipment; internet must be Cable, DSL, or Fiber (no satellite or mobile Wi-Fi)
Responsibilities of the Enterprise Project Manager:
- Lead delivery of large, complex hybrid business/IT programs ($10–15M annually)
- Lead projects with a strong focus on regulatory and healthcare initiatives, including Medicare-related work.
- Oversee multiple interrelated projects; manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk
- Partner with executive sponsors and senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment
- Track milestones, dependencies, and financials; recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and present project plans, status reports, business cases, and ROI analyses
- Lead and mentor project managers; ensure adherence to PMO standards
- Drive delivery efficiency and cost effectiveness across programs
Qualifications of the Enterprise Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience, including leadership of $10M+ initiatives with large, matrixed teams
- Regulatory and healthcare experience—particularly with Medicare—is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in budgeting, change management, risk management, and resource planning
- Expertise with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet and Jira
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification or equivalent required
