Lead Enterprise Analyst - HEALTHCARE! (OR, WA, ID, or UT)
Motus is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to identify an experienced Lead Enterprise Analyst. This role serves as the primary driver of enterprise requirements, responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, documenting, and managing stakeholder needs across complex healthcare initiatives. The Lead Enterprise Analyst partners closely with Project Managers and Sponsors to define project vision, scope, and high-level requirements; ensures standards-based, high-quality documentation; aligns business and technical teams through a cross-functional lens; and mentors analysts while contributing to continuous improvement of tools, methodologies, and processes.
Contract-to-Hire (Contract duration 12-Months)
Work Model: Predominantly remote / Occasionally onsite required. (Must reside within OR, WA, ID, or UT)
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00/hr. DOE

- Schedule: May require availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Equipment: Client-provided equipment; internet must be Cable, DSL, or Fiber (no satellite or mobile Wi-Fi)
Responsibilities of the Lead Enterprise Analyst:
- Lead the project Concept phase in partnership with Project Managers and Sponsors, defining vision, scope, stakeholders, and high-level requirements
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and user requirements using industry-standard techniques and tools
- Translate business needs into clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring quality, traceability, and standards compliance
- Provide an enterprise, cross-functional perspective to align business, technical, and PMO stakeholders around unified requirements and outcomes
- Facilitate requirements workshops, reviews, and approvals; manage traceability, change control, and requirements status throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilize and maintain requirements management tools, models, and documentation artifacts
- Lead peer reviews and verification activities to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements
- Coach and mentor Enterprise Analysts, Business Analysts, and Business SMEs on requirements methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise analysis methodologies, tools, and team processes
- Partner with Project Managers to align scope, timelines, risks, and expectations; communicate changes and impacts proactively
- Ensure enterprise-wide impacts are considered, managing handoffs and dependencies across business and IT
- Provide leadership on small projects or sub-projects as assigned, resolving resource or priority conflicts as needed
Qualifications of the Lead Enterprise Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years of progressive business analysis experience
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management
- Experience with enterprise business process modeling, structured analysis/design methodologies, and iterative/SDLC delivery
- Strong background supporting large-scale systems integrations and complex business models
- Domain experience in insurance, healthcare, and/or financial services
- Experience with testing strategies, data management, and solution validation
- Demonstrated leadership at the project or program level; experience coaching or mentoring analysts preferred
