Contract Compensation Analyst
Our client, a leading SaaS technology organization, is seeking an experienced Contract Compensation Analyst with deep Radford expertise to support a critical compensation benchmarking initiative. This role will serve as the Radford subject matter expert, partnering directly with the Head of Global Compensation to clean and align job architecture, prepare survey submissions, and deliver market analysis ahead of an important mid-year deadline. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on Radford experience and can operate independently in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Pay Range: $55.00 – 65.00/hr., DOE
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule / Core Hours: 9AM – 4PM EST (40-Hour Week)

Responsibilities of the Contract Compensation Analyst:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Radford survey participation, leading the full submission cycle end to end.
- Clean, organize, and prepare job and compensation data to ensure accurate Radford submission ahead of deadlines.
- Conduct job matching and benchmarking analysis using Radford tools to evaluate market competitiveness and internal alignment.
- Interpret Radford outputs and market reports to develop actionable compensation insights and recommendations.
- Review and standardize job titles and leveling structures to improve consistency and alignment across the organization.
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies within job architecture and recommend structure improvements to support scale.
- Perform market pricing analyses to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness across roles and functions.
- Build and maintain Excel-based compensation models, datasets, and benchmarking files to support analysis and reporting.
- Prepare executive-ready summaries, dashboards, and insights to support compensation decision making.
- Partner closely with the Head of Global Compensation and Total Rewards team to execute project deliverables.
- Provide guidance and knowledge transfer related to Radford tools and processes to internal team members as appropriate.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, translating complex compensation data into practical recommendations.
- Operate independently with minimal oversight while managing priorities and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications of the Contract Compensation Analyst:
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience with strong focus on market benchmarking and analysis.
- Radford Survey experience is required: direct, hands-on experience, including job matching and data submission.
- Microsoft Excel: strong expertise working with large compensation datasets and advanced proficiency.
- Experience performing market pricing and evaluating internal equity across job families and levels.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain compensation concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners in a corporate or technology environment.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations.
- Global compensation experience, including exposure to international markets such as India.
- Experience supporting job architecture projects, title standardization, or leveling initiatives.
- Experience presenting compensation analysis and recommendations to leadership audiences.
- Prior experience mentoring or providing knowledge transfer to junior team members.
