Enterprise Analyst Lead - Healthcare Industry! (REMOTE: OR, WA, ID, or UT)
Motus is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to identify an experienced Senior Enterprise Analysts for a contract opportunity. This is an exciting chance to join a large-scale enterprise environment supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives. The Senior Enterprise Analyst is responsible for leading discovery efforts, eliciting and documenting requirements, and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams. This role will focus heavily on individual workstreams and deliverables, partnering across large enterprise programs.
Contract Duration: 12-Months (Possibility of conversion)
Work Model: 100% Remote (Must reside within OR, WA, ID, or UT)
Pay: $54.00 – $57.5/hr. DOE

The Senior Enterprise Analyst is responsible for leading discovery efforts, eliciting and documenting requirements, and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams. Schedule:
- Must be able to work PST hours.
- May require availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Responsibilities of the Enterprise Analyst Lead:
- Lead discovery efforts to define project vision, scope, and business needs
- Facilitate large-group requirements sessions and stakeholder interviews
- Document current and future state process flows and identify gaps
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional requirements
- Manage change control processes and requirement baselines
- Align stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Provide structured analysis plans for large, complex initiatives
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
- Deliver high-quality artifacts using standardized templates
- Mentor team members on requirements methodology and best practices
- Contribute to improvements in analyst standards, tools, and processes
- Support change management efforts (training, communications, etc.)
- Provide status updates and resource forecasts as needed
Qualifications of the Enterprise Analyst Lead:
- 8+ years of enterprise-level business/enterprise analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting large, complex programs with ambiguous starting points
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience estimating analyst effort and managing stakeholder expectations
- Ability to lead cross-functional requirements sessions independently
- Experience working across enterprise healthcare environments
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams and dependencies
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and analysis (highly desired)
