Senior Change Management Lead
Our client, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to improving member and provider experiences, is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative following a recent merger and acquisition. This role will play a key part in guiding organizational change related to a major multi-state integration effort, helping teams successfully adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organization.
The Senior Change Management Lead will partner closely with program leadership, project managers, and business stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop communication and training strategies, and ensure employees are equipped to successfully transition through complex organizational changes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a highly visible strategic initiative while working with a collaborative enterprise PMO team that supports large-scale transformation across the organization.
Type: Contract – 12+ months
Pay Range: $55.00 – 59.00/hr., DOE
Location: 100% Remote (Must Reside in OR, WA, ID, or UT)
Travel is required – 1week per month.

Responsibilities of the Senior Change Management Lead:
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies to support largescale organizational initiatives and transformation efforts.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify risks, readiness gaps, and key stakeholder needs across business functions.
- Partner with project managers, program leaders, and crossfunctional teams to align change plans with project timelines and business objectives.
- Develop and deliver communication strategies, messaging, and materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Identify knowledge gaps and support the design of training and development initiatives to enable successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to foster awareness, alignment, and support for change initiatives.
- Monitor change adoption and effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to improve outcomes and minimize resistance.
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and project teams to support successful organizational transitions.
Qualifications of the Senior Change Management Lead:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in change management, organizational development, human resources, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting largescale organizational initiatives such as enterprise transformations, system implementations, or mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong ability to conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Proven experience developing communication strategies, training plans, and adoption frameworks to support successful change initiatives.
- Ability to partner effectively with crossfunctional teams, leadership, and project managers in complex organizational environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and complex change initiatives.
- Prosci Change Management Certification or experience using a structured change management methodology is preferred.
- Experience working within large enterprise organizations or highly regulated industries is preferred.
