Senior Enterprise Project Manager - Platform Modernization - Healthcare Industry! (REMOTE: OR, WA, ID, or UT)
Motus Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with a leading regional healthcare organization to identify an experienced Senior Enterprise Project Manager for a high-profile, enterprise technology transformation. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered large-scale enterprise platform migrations and is comfortable leading highly visible initiatives with executive stakeholders.
This role will lead one of the organization's highest-priority strategic initiatives for 2027—the replacement of a legacy provider credentialing and contracting platform with two modern enterprise applications. While the project supports future organizational growth, it is a standalone technology modernization effort focused on strengthening the systems that underpin provider engagement and operations. Success in this role requires an experienced project leader who can navigate a complex enterprise environment, align diverse stakeholders, manage multiple implementation workstreams, and deliver a business-critical platform migration with executive visibility.
Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah)
Duration: 12-month contract with anticipated extension through Q1 2028
Schedule: Full-time | Pacific Time Zone hours
Compensation: $70.00 - $75.00/hr. DOE.
Potential Contract-to-Hire Opportunity: This engagement may lead to full-time employment for top-performing contractors.

Key Responsibilities for Sr. Enterprise Project Manager:
- Direct an enterprise technology replacement initiative involving the migration from a legacy provider credentialing and contracting platform to two modern enterprise systems.
- Manage a highly visible, business-critical project with executive sponsorship and significant organizational impact.
- Lead project planning, execution, governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate business, technology, operational, and vendor teams to ensure successful implementation and organizational readiness.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, executive communications, status reporting, and project governance.
- Identify dependencies, proactively mitigate risks, and remove obstacles to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure project deliverables meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives while supporting long-term business strategy.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability for successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications for Sr. Enterprise Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive enterprise project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven success delivering enterprise technology implementations, system migrations, or large business transformation projects.
- Experience managing projects exceeding approximately $1M in budget with cross-functional teams of 10+ members.
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to influence business and technical stakeholders while leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Working knowledge of PMI methodologies and PMBOK best practices.
Preferred
- Healthcare payer or provider operations experience.
- Experience supporting provider credentialing, provider contracting, or provider operations initiatives.
- Experience with HealthStream and/or Conga applications.
- PMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Change Management certification is a plus.
