Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Project Leader Senior to lead complex, cross-functional healthcare initiatives and strategic programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned healthcare project leader who excels at managing multiple high-impact initiatives, bringing structure to complex work, and partnering across business and IT teams. You'll oversee projects from planning through implementation, managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and organizational change while keeping stakeholders aligned and initiatives moving forward.
Contract: Contract-to-hire – Duration 6+ months
Pay Range: $49.00 - $51.88 hourly (DOE)
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, or North Dakota)

Responsibilities of the Clinical Services Project Leader Senior:
- Lead complex divisional and corporate-level healthcare projects from planning through implementation.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Facilitate multiple concurrent projects and coordinate dependent workstreams, processes, and stakeholder priorities.
- Direct project planning and portfolio management activities, balancing business needs with project management best practices.
- Partner with business leaders, clinical teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic, operational, and technical alignment.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor deliverables, and drive issues through resolution.
- Facilitate meetings, planning sessions, and executive updates while keeping leadership informed of project progress.
- Identify process and operational improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Develop project documentation, work plans, progress reports, business cases, implementation materials, and outcome reporting.
- Support organizational, procedural, and operational changes across assigned programs and projects.
Qualifications of the Clinical Services Project Leader Senior:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, project leadership, program management, or a related field, including at least 2 years in healthcare project management.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and managing multiple competing priorities.
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, issues, budgets, dependencies, and implementation activities.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience developing project documentation and executive-level reporting.
- Experience partnering with IT teams and coordinating business and technical priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and MS Project or comparable project management tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
