Our client, a cutting-edge technology company that provides cloud-based archiving and compliance solutions, is looking for a Director of Internal Communications & Employer Brand for their Atlanta, GA or Portland, OR location. In this role, you will lead internal communications strategy, executive communications, employer brand initiatives, and major company events, including the upcoming all-staff event in Austin in early 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior communications professional who can operate independently, work strategically, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities for Director of Internal Communications & Employer Brand:
- Lead internal communications strategy, planning, and execution across the organization.
- Develop messaging, narratives, presentations, and executive communications for company-wide initiatives.
- Lead planning and communications for all-hands meetings, town halls, and the 2027 annual company kickoff.
- Manage event agendas, run-of-show, speaker preparation, and hybrid employee communications.
- Translate strategic business priorities into clear and compelling employee communications.
- Build employer brand positioning, messaging, content guidelines, and employee storytelling frameworks.
- Establish and manage an internal communications calendar and communication cadence.
- Develop measurement approaches and reporting to evaluate communication effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements/Qualifications for Director of Internal Communications & Employer Brand:
- 8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employer branding, or a related field.
- Proven experience operating independently at a senior/strategic level.
- Experience planning and executing large-scale company events, including hybrid events.
- Strong experience translating complex business strategy into clear communications for broad employee audiences.
- Experience developing employer brand positioning, messaging, and content frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to advise and prepare senior executives for high-visibility communications.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience developing communications calendars, cadences, and operating frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or regulated-industry environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
