Motus Recruiting and Staffing Introduces New Executive Search Division

Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc has created a new Executive Search division within the company focused on identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for senior-level and executive jobs.

“Motus has built a strong reputation of providing exceptional talent and we will now complement those successes with the addition of our executive and retained search services,” said Motus Recruiting CEO Orlando Williams. “Our clients now have a local executive search solution that will bring the best talent to companies located throughout the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, Motus clients will benefit from best practices in talent retention, diversity equity, and inclusion, as well as strategic talent planning.”

With over 20 years of experience in recruiting, Williams will lead the new Executive Search team, which will include John L. Paschal, Jr., Shannon Anderson, and Roy Kennedy.

Orlando Williams, Practice Director and CEO, founded Motus in 2006, and in a short time, the company has grown to be one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest and most respected staffing firms under his leadership. His experience includes successfully identifying talent for clients in Healthcare, Energy, and Financial Services.

John L. Paschal, Jr., senior executive search recruiter, has over a decade of experience in recruiting. Using advanced researching skills in diversity recruiting, and passive candidates, he is experienced in identifying and recruiting top talent for the full lifecycle of executive recruiting.

Shannon Anderson, senior executive search and technology recruiter, has over two decades of experience in the recruiting industry, including corporate, agency, and owning her own recruiting consulting company. She works with companies to help them find the right people for their organization at all levels.

Roy Kennedy, senior technology recruiter, has been in the staffing industry for 10 years, with over 15 years of experience in business development and recruiting for IT and engineering. He sources and places engineering and IT professionals, utilizing many different methods including reaching out to the passive market, participating in user group events, and engaging with Fortune 500 clients for contract, contract to hire, and permanent positions on a national level.

Utilizing a candidate matrix against client specifications, the Motus executive search delivery process includes a thorough process of identifying and presenting talented leaders who correspond to the company’s goals and needs. A complete Executive Leadership Assessment is given to finalists with qualifying performance prediction analysis.
